New Artwork: Wesley the Snipe

New Artwork: Wesley the Snipe

I just love this time of year – Spring brings with it a feeling of renewal and optimism, and I’m always inspired to create new pieces of art!

So much so that my latest painting is now complete – welcome to the Clare Haggas family, Wesley!

I’m just so pleased with him. I’ve injected elements of this wonderful little birds personality into the piece, creating a feeling of shyness as well as vulnerability. This series is just getting better and better…

Thank you @emily_graham_media for your permission to use your incredible photograph which has allowed me to create such a special painting.
