Occasional free delivery promotions run for all orders. These will be promoted across the website, and by email, and will be available for a limited time only. Clare Haggas ships international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid service, often referred to as DDP.
This means that, where applicable, duties and taxes are handled before your parcel arrives, giving you confidence that there should be no unexpected import duty charges when your order is delivered.
To make this clearer at checkout, duties and taxes may now be shown separately before you complete your purchase. This does not change the way your order is shipped. It simply gives you greater visibility of the costs associated with your destination.

Regarding any orders of original, printed, or commissioned artwork the process is slightly different. Due to this being a bespoke service, all framing and printing is made to order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
