A Spiritual Awakening stirred up something deep in my soul during its creation. This piece has a totally new style and feeling from my other creations and I believe it represents how I am embarking on a new journey both personally and professionally.
It’s like I have entered a magical and mystical world of nature and beauty. This piece is full of bees, butterflies, lady birds and dragonflies swirling in a stunning whimsical playground.
On a sobriety note, spiritual awakening happens on completion of the 12th step of recovery. It’s fundamentally a personality change. Not only is this piece so different from my usual style but it’s also my 12th year of recovery and when the scarf design releases in the spring I’ll be 12.
