Each of my pieces are hand made from the finest natural fabric and made entirely in England.

Silk is a very porous fabric so please do not expose any of my accessories to severe elements, or wear in wet hair. This can cause the original artwork to discolour and affect the quality of your piece, resulting in irreversible damage.

If you need to clean your beautiful accessories please dry clean only.

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. All silk accessory orders will be sent upon receipt of the order as long as stock is available. If there is an issue with availability one of the team will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options.

Free Delivery

Occasional free delivery promotions run for all orders. These will be promoted across the website, and by email, and will be available for a limited time only. Any free delivery period could end without notice. Delivery costs applied at the time of checkout will be correct and final at the point of placing an order.

Faster Shipping

DHL Express is available for customers looking to enjoy their purchase a little sooner. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive before checking with us. Typically your parcel will be with you the next day, but this cannot be guaranteed by Clare Haggas.

Free delivery is available on all USA orders over $250

Artwork Delivery

Regarding any orders of original, printed, or commissioned artwork the process is slightly different. Due to this being a bespoke service, all framing and printing is made to order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
