Silk is a very porous fabric so please do not expose any of my accessories to severe elements, or wear in wet hair. This can cause the original artwork to discolour and affect the quality of your piece, resulting in irreversible damage.
If you need to clean your beautiful accessories please dry clean only.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your order. All silk accessory orders will be sent upon receipt of the order as long as stock is available. If there is an issue with availability one of the team will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options.

International Delivery, Duties and Taxes
Clare Haggas ships international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid service, often referred to as DDP.
This means that, where applicable, duties and taxes are handled before your parcel arrives, giving you confidence that there should be no unexpected import duty charges when your order is delivered.
To make this clearer at checkout, duties and taxes may now be shown separately before you complete your purchase. This does not change the way your order is shipped. It simply gives you greater visibility of the costs associated with your destination.
